Purchasing from Our Website
Prices shown are in British Pounds and are excluding Value Added Tax. Select goods/products required and add them to the shopping Cart. Value Added Tax and any Shipping costs will be added in the Cart. When ready, go to the Checkout page, check your order is correct, complete your details, make the required payment and the order will be forwarded to us for processing. All goods/products must be paid for in total, before they will be shipped. If you have made a mistake in your order please contact us immediately.
Despatch/Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. If we are unable to despatch some of the items in your order, we will contact you and provide a new despatch date. You will be given the option to cancel the delayed items, if you prefer. We only deliver to the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. You must let the delivery company know at the point of delivery if the goods appear damaged.
Please be aware that adverse weather conditions beyond our control may delay despatch or delivery. We will make every attempt to despatch your order under adverse weather conditions, but we cannot be responsible for our carriers not being able to complete delivery under these circumstances.
Payment
We accept card payments and Paypal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post, please contact us first to arrange this.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods unused within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Any goods returned must be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
